   When submitting a bug request or other support request for TFL, please specify the following information:

   [1] The version of Exult you are running.
   [2] The version of Ultima you are using. (Black Gate? Black Gate and Forge of Virtue? Collector's edition? Etc.)
   [3] What you were doing at the time of the problem.
   [4] Steps that might be taken to duplicate the problem.

   If you don't supply this information you will be asked for it, so please provide it up-front as it were.
